Post Surgery Update

We just met with the Surgeon, the surgery went as he expected, he removed as much of the tumor as they felt he could without taking any unnecessary risk. The things to pray for now are that Jenny's brain can reclaim the vacated space in a way that does not cause any difficulties with speech, memory, or any other motor skills. They will perform an MRI sometime tonight to view the post surgery condition and then we will meet again tomorrow morning to have a follow-up consultation.
Thank you all for your continued support and prayer.

  8. Praying...thought my verse of the day was good timing. "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made PERFECT in weakness." 2 Corinthians 12:9a

  9. Hi Ray...I am one of the women you met today in the waiting room (not the one you gave the book to) but the widow. I pray your continued strength spiritually, emotionally and physically. Thanks so much for the update. I was wondering what the outcome was...as we were leaving I believe your wife was heading into surgery. Stay strong. Blessings.

  10. Ray, (we meet at the hospital today) I know God is keeping you and your family in His perfect peace; and as you mentioned earlier, The grace of the Lord is upon you. His grace is Sufficient! I pray your continued peace in the Lord! I know it is hard to see a loved one go through, but you know you are Not alone for God is with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. I/we are praying for you and your wife Jenny and your 5 beautiful children. Be Encouraged ! we are thinking of you and if there is anything we can do please feel free to reach out by. We are brothers and sisters in the Lord and we care about and understand what you and your family are going through. Be Encouraged ! And again, thanks for the book, "Defiant Grace"
